Wanrong has a wealth of ultrafine powder grinding, surface modification process experience. Widely used in inorganic powder such as: calcium carbonate, kaolin, marble, spodumene, calcite, aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, silica powder, hydrotalcite, iron oxide, paint, pigment, barium sulfate, animal and plant protein powder materials such as ultrafine grinding, surface modification. It can grind the material to ≤ 1um or even below 100 nm. The coating rate can reach 99.2 and the activation rate is 99.8.
Wanrong has advanced honeycomb mill, vortex ring mill and nail disc mill technology. By using the high linear speed motion characteristics of the rotor and the industry's first stator groove design, a strong vortex is formed inside the equipment, which quickly rubs the material into single particles and reduces them to the original particle size or natural crystal particle size. By interrupting the hydrogen bond on the surface of the nanoparticles through hot air, the moisture content of the material can be reduced to 5 ‱, widely used in inorganic powder, non-metallic powder, flame retardant materials, coatings, magnetic materials, plastics, building materials and other industries.
The multi-shaft mill uses gravity and fluidization technology as a whole, and uses the rotational kinetic energy of the multi-stage stirring disc to form a vortex between the medium and the slurry mixture in the grinding cavity. The materials collide and squeeze each other under the action of shear force generated by the high-energy movement of the medium ball, thus obtaining abrasive particles in the particle size range of 5-45um.
