Wet Grinder ® Grinding Principle
Wet Grinder ® It is a new type of grinding machine that combines gravity and fluidization technologies. It utilizes the rotational kinetic energy of a multi-stage alloy stirring plate to generate motion between the medium and slurry mixture in the grinding chamber. The medium and material form vortices, which cause collisions and contact between material particles, resulting in shear and extrusion forces between particles and forming a fine grinding process.
Fluidization technology means that the stirring speed is appropriate, sufficient to distribute various densities of grinding media throughout the slurry, allowing particles and grinding media to have all-round contact, and the material is effectively ground to obtain ≤1μ The particle size range is even below 100 nanometers.

Wet Grinder® Convenient Operation Control
The final product particle size is an essential factor in determining the grinding power, flow rate, and slurry concentration, and requires precise and continuous detection and adjustment of these parameters to ensure the effective operation of the wet grinder(honeycomb mill) and meet the technical requirements of the product.
Feeding rate: By changing the feeding flow rate, the particle size and output of the grinding product can be adjusted.
Feed density: For each particle, the concentration needs to be changed. The solid content is usually between 25-75%, and a suitable grinding effect can be achieved with a solid content of 40-50%.

Due to the ideal design of the grinding chamber structure, the medium ball generates greater pressure, limiting and forcing the material to come into optimal contact with the grinding medium.
The energy distribution of a wet grinder remains constant for any given height and radius.
The rotation of the grinding disc drives the microball medium ball to generate more grinding shear points, and each ball is equivalent to a small crusher.
The main reason for significantly reducing energy consumption is that the spindle drives the grinding disc, which does not require rotation compared to the shell of the ball mill.
The wet grinder adopts a vertical layout, with lower feeding and upper discharging methods, saving the sealing device and feeding port pressure of the slurry, and simple equipment operation and maintenance.

Single-stage open-circuit grinding a very economical fine grinding process, a mill production line can be a grinding high-concentration pulp 2μm ≤ D92 below the product.

Multi-stage grinding process: Several mills are ground in series, and media balls of different diameters, different specifications, and different specific gravities are added in each section of the mill, which can grind products above 2μm ≥ D95 at one time. The multi-stage grinding process has the characteristics of flexible changes, and D60 can be easily produced without adding any equipment to change from series mode to parallel mode. D90 grade products.

Top-in-bottom-out grinding process: The process can grind 5mm particles or even large pieces of raw ore into the required particle size range through a multi-stage process, saving dry grinding equipment.
