The wetting water and pore water in the material are mixed by dry powder and then absorbed from the combined water into surface water. The viscous adhesive liquid (paste) forms a state of small density, high accumulation rate, large specific surface area and loose particles.
The mixed dry and wet materials have overcome the defect of strong viscosity and lose viscosity, and the feeding is smooth and convenient, solving the problem of the adhesive wall.
The loose material particles increase the transmission area with the hot air flow, the water evaporation is fast, the transmission resistance is small, and the material temperature rise is low, so the heat energy is saved.
In the drying process, the particles are dispersed and crushed more quickly and reduced to the original particle size by depolymerization, improving the ability of activated coating and particle reduction.
