Vortex Ring Mill®Process
The vortex ring grinding process simulates the high-speed vortex motion of a tornado to create a controllable airflow environment. The airflow wraps around the material and causes it to undergo high-speed vortex motion, transferring the energy of the airflow to the material and achieving efficient pulverization.
In this process, due to the uneven size and scale of materials, the speed of materials of different scales is not consistent when receiving the same kinetic energy. The airflow wraps the material and drives it to undergo high-speed vortex motion, causing frequent and repeated collisions and friction between materials, thereby quickly achieving the pulverization effect of the material.
Due to the wrapping and isolation effects of the airflow, there is no direct high-speed collision or friction between the material and the equipment body (such as the casing, internal functional components, etc.), causing most of the external energy to directly act on the material pulverization, with only a small portion acting on the fluid, enabling it to maintain a high-speed vortex motion state and ensure the continuous pulverization process of the material.
