Working Principle of Laboratory Stirring Ball Mill
The main shaft drives the stirrer to rotate at high speed to make the grinding medium move irregularly. Such disorderly movement will cause collision, extrusion, friction and shearing of the grinding medium, so as to crush and grind the materials. In addition, different grinding media have different grinding effects due to different size, shape and ratio. In general, the larger the size of the grinding medium, the coarser the material is crushed. Conversely, the smaller the grinding medium, the finer the material is ground.
