Multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher: Targeting the characteristics of plateau hard rock, the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher with a lamination crushing principle becomes the core of medium and fine crushing. Its hydraulic system can adjust the discharge port in real time, precisely controlling the product particle size. At the same time, the unique over-iron protection function greatly reduces the equipment damage risk caused by high-hardness rocks, ensuring continuous and stable operation of the production line.

Vertical shaft impact crusher: To meet the stringent requirements of the hydropower station's large-volume concrete for the shape of the manufactured sand (more cubic, less needle-like and flaky) and gradation, the vertical shaft impact crusher (sand making machine) has controllable fineness modulus and the powder content (stone powder) can be precisely adjusted according to the concrete requirements, significantly improving the workability and strength of the concrete.

Key equipment is specially designed and selected for low-pressure and low-temperature environments, such as enhanced lubrication systems, plateau-specific engines, and cold-resistant steel, ensuring sufficient power and reliable operation at altitudes of several thousand meters. The production line generally uses advanced dry production processes to significantly reduce water consumption. At the same time, it is equipped with a high-efficiency pulse bag dust removal system to strictly collect and process dust generated in various stages of crushing, screening, and transportation, with dust emission concentration far below national standards. For complex terrain on the plateau, the equipment adopts a modular design, which is convenient for transportation, installation, and relocation, shortening the construction period of the production line and quickly responding to project schedule needs.
