  Multi-axis grinding unit composition and working principle:

The equipment consists of a compact multi-axis grinding unit, primarily comprising a drive motor, gearbox, multi-axis helical agitator, grinding chamber, frame, and lubrication system. The multi-axis design enables higher grinding frequencies and more uniform energy distribution within a given volume, ensuring rapid and even mixing of coal powder with water, as well as fine particle refinement—thus maintaining stable particle size distribution in the coal-water slurry.

Working principle: Coal and water enter the equipment from the top and move downward step by step under gravity. Inside, multi-axis spiral blades rotate at high speed, generating a powerful centrifugal force field that thoroughly disperses the coal material. This process creates intense high-frequency friction and shear between the coal particles and the grinding media, continuously refining the particles, increasing their surface area, and ensuring complete wetting with water. The result is a stable slurry with high concentration and low viscosity, ready for direct use in combustion or gasification.

6. The system is stable and easy to scale: featuring a vertical, compact design that occupies minimal space and enables continuous operation. Paired with a closed-loop classification system, it ensures controllable pulp particle size distribution, high slurry uniformity, and classification efficiency exceeding 95%.

7. Eco-friendly Noise Reduction: The equipment operates with low noise levels and minimal dust leakage; the pulp preparation process is fully enclosed, significantly reducing coal dust pollution while aligning with green, low-carbon process requirements.
