Powder Drying Machine, Ultra-Fine Dispersing Machine, Coating and Dispersion Machine

The Honeycomb Mill is a multifunctional core equipment developed by Changsha Wanrong Powder Equipment Technology Co., Ltd., specifically designed for the production of ultrafine powders. With its innovative "pre-deagglomeration followed by drying and simultaneous surface treatment" process, it has become an efficient solution in the field of advanced powder processing.

The device's core advantage lies in its integrated design, which simultaneously enables grinding, drying, sorting, and surface chemical treatment—making it especially well-suited for the drying and depolymerization needs of wet-milled filter cakes and slurries. Its internal 160 turbulent "honeycomb" structures, driven by a high-speed rotor spinning at 110 meters per second, generate powerful shear and centrifugal forces that rapidly break apart agglomerated powders back to their original particle size. Combined with the precise spray of an atomized modifying agent, this process forms a single-layer nanocoating film within just 3 seconds—achieving a coating efficiency as high as 99.2% and an activation rate of up to 99.8%.

Performance delivers both efficiency and flexibility: handling capacity fully covered 0.05–15 tons/hour, with a maximum evaporation capacity of 3 tons/hour; after deep drying, the powder can achieve a moisture content as low as 5 parts per ten thousand. The modular design allows for easy adaptation to different materials by adjusting the number of rotor layers and blades. Additionally, the grinding chamber and blades can be made from a variety of materials, including stainless steel and tungsten carbide steel, ensuring superior material color and purity.

The equipment features a negative-pressure air-sweep system that ensures zero dust leakage and achieves high modifier utilization, while significantly reducing energy consumption compared to conventional devices. It is widely used in the field of inorganic non-metallic minerals—such as kaolin, calcium carbonate, talc powder, alumina, and more—to perform surface modification, enhancing their performance for use as fillers in plastics, rubber, and other materials. In the field of metal mineral powders: Suitable for the depolymerization, dispersion, and surface modification of common metal mineral powders such as iron, copper, and aluminum, as well as rare metal mineral powders. In the field of new energy materials: drying, depolymerization, and surface coating modification of new energy battery materials such as lithium iron phosphate.

Honeycomb-milled modified The powder exhibits excellent dispersibility, with particles uniformly coated on their surfaces. For instance, after treatment, alumina can achieve nanoscale, uniform dispersion within a polymer matrix, thereby enhancing the performance of composite materials. As for materials like aluminum hydroxide, this process significantly improves particle sphericity, giving the final product outstanding flowability.
