The equipment features a compact, vertical design, with its core components including a drive motor, multi-axis helical agitator, grinding chamber, and lubrication system. During operation, the system leverages the combined principles of gravity and fluidization technology: materials enter from the top and descend under gravity, while the high-speed rotation of the multi-axis helical blades generates a vortex field that vigorously drives the grinding media and material into intense collision and shear action, achieving efficient particle refinement—and ultimately producing the desired output.
