Flame-retardant material activation equipment, coating equipment, and dispersing equipment

The core value of flame-retardant materials lies in their ability to “not ignite when exposed to fire and self-extinguish once the ignition source is removed.” However, to achieve this effect, it is essential to efficiently integrate the flame retardant with the base material. In traditional processing methods, poor compatibility between the flame retardant and the base material, as well as uneven dispersion, often lead to issues such as unstable flame-retardant performance, reduced mechanical properties, and easy migration of the flame retardant out of the material.

In the processing of flame-retardant materials, the core function of the coating modification machine is to achieve... Integrated processing featuring “precise encapsulation of flame retardants coupled with highly efficient blending with the base material.” The process logic is clear and highly targeted: First, based on the physicochemical properties of the base material (such as polymers like PP, PE, and ABS) and the flame retardant (such as magnesium hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide, red phosphorus, etc.), precise processing parameters are set—including key indicators like material temperature, rotation speed, encapsulation time, and air flow rate. Next, the pre-treated flame retardant particles are fed into the core reaction chamber of the encapsulation and modification machine. Under the centrifugal force generated by high-speed stirring, the flame retardant particles are uniformly dispersed and stabilized in a fluidized state. At the same time, the equipment employs a specially designed atomization spray system to precisely coat the surface of the flame retardant particles with modifying agents (such as coupling agents and dispersants), forming a uniform and dense encapsulating film. Finally, the encapsulated flame retardant is introduced into the mixing chamber along with the base material according to a preset ratio. Through secondary mixing and temperature control provided by the equipment, the flame retardant is evenly dispersed throughout the base material, ultimately yielding a stable-performance flame-retardant composite material.

The precise processing of coating and modification equipment directly endows flame-retardant materials with unprecedented performance advantages, fully unlocking their application value across various fields. From the perspective of core flame-retardant performance, flame-retardant materials subjected to coating treatment exhibit significantly enhanced interfacial adhesion between the flame retardant and the base material. In high-temperature combustion environments, the flame retardant can rapidly form a continuous, fire-resistant carbon layer, meeting the stringent safety requirements of high-risk scenarios such as high-rise buildings and rail transit systems.
