In the production of flame-retardant and decorative papers, low filler retention has long been a persistent challenge for paper mills. Coarse particles not only tend to be lost but also cause wear on pulp pumps and wire screens.
Vertical mill By employing fluidized‑bed grinding technology, the surface morphology of aluminum hydroxide was modified, thereby enhancing its adhesion to the fibers.

Compared to the ordinary Crusher , the vertical grinding process produces a powder with a more uniform particle size. Experiments show that this ultrafine powder can achieve a retention rate in pulp of 55% Upgrade to 80% This not only significantly reduces the waste of flame retardants but also alleviates the burden on white water treatment. Moreover, thanks to the fine particle size and uniform distribution, the paper’s smoothness, brightness, and flame‑retardant performance are all improved in tandem, generating substantial economic value for high‑end specialty paper manufacturers.
