Customized pulverized coal requires the simultaneous processing of multiple types of raw coal. Conventional shear crushers can only handle a single material, making it impossible to achieve synchronous homogenization and blending. Consequently, subsequent manual blending leads to inconsistent uniformity, resulting in unstable combustion and gasification performance that disrupts downstream continuous production.
The cell‑mill hybrid grinder simultaneously performs multi‑component raw coal crushing, blending, and ultrafine grinding. Multiple types of raw coal are fed in concurrently, with turbine‑shear forces breaking particles while homogenizing different coal streams, ensuring stable physicochemical properties in the final product. The vertically oriented, fully sealed chamber minimizes coal dust emissions and oxidative losses, maintaining consistent feed rates.
The equipment can interface with a fully automated intelligent batching system, automatically blending raw coal according to order specifications and accommodating batch processing of specialty coal powders. The dry‑and‑wet dual‑mode model is compatible with raw coal of varying moisture levels and can be integrated into coal‑chemical, thermal‑power, and building‑materials coal‑powder production lines, covering multiple processing conditions with a single unit and reducing capital expenditures on multiple pieces of equipment.
