Clean coal powder for thermal and gasification applications requires a fine particle size and uniform blending of raw coal with additives. Single‑stage pulverizing equipment can only crush the material but cannot simultaneously achieve homogeneous mixing; subsequent manual blending often results in inconsistent uniformity, compromising combustion and gasification stability.
The high-speed cell mill features an integrated hybrid grinding design, enabling simultaneous blending of coal‑powder additives during the comminution process. A high‑speed turbine drives the grinding media to crush raw coal while simultaneously dispersing additive agglomerates, ensuring uniform mixing of the coal powder with the additives. The vertically oriented, sealed chamber minimizes oxidation of lightweight coal fines, thereby preserving the intrinsic purity of the powder.
The equipment features adjustable rotational speed and media fill levels, making it suitable for processing raw coal of varying calorific values. Compact models are designed for laboratory sample preparation, while larger units can be integrated with automated batching lines for high‑volume production of custom‑blended pulverized coal. The entire system is explosion‑proof and dust‑tight, meeting the pulverization needs of diverse applications in coal mines, thermal power plants, and coal‑chemical facilities.
