Dispersing and depolymerization machine; depolymerization equipment for processing ultrafine carbon powder raw material.

Ultrafine coal and carbon powders exhibit tightly packed primary agglomerates. Conventional liquid‑phase stirring modification results in the chemical agent adhering only to the outer layer of the agglomerates, leaving insufficient contact with the internal powder particles. Consequently, the finished product is prone to secondary caking during storage, which adversely affects the quality of carbon and filler‑based end products.

The honeycomb mill employs a mechanical‑force modification process, coupled with high‑speed depolymerization equipment, to use rotor shear forces to break apart micron‑scale coal powder agglomerates. Once the particles are fully exposed, they are combined with atomized chemical agents, enhancing overall activation. The chamber’s honeycomb‑structured classifier automatically sorts out particles that meet specifications, while coarse fractions are recirculated for secondary processing, ensuring consistent quality across each batch.

The entire equipment set is supported. 24 Continuous automated production over extended periods, with stable reagent consumption, making it well-suited for long-term mass production. The equipment is explosion‑proof and antistatic, compliant with chemical‑plant standards, and is widely used in coal‑based carbon materials and ultrafine filler powder modification processes, thereby expanding the range of applications for coal‑derived powders.
