During wet coal slurry processing, coal powder tends to agglomerate and settle. Traditional crushing and grinding machines lack sufficient shear force to fully disperse the agglomerated particles. The slurry stratifies and settles when left standing, which reduces raw material utilization and easily clogs the transport pipelines, increasing cleaning frequency.

The wet cell grinding crusher uses vertical vortex circulation grinding. The slurry continuously circulates in a sealed chamber, and the medium shears the agglomerated coal powder from multiple angles, reducing coarse particle settling and improving coal slurry storage stability. The equipment can directly process high-moisture filter cakes without pre-drying, simplifying the wet processing workflow.

Under the same capacity, the equipment consumes less power than traditional rod mills and ball mills, making it suitable for small to medium regional coal slurry processing bases. Its modular disassembly design allows easy replacement of wear parts, short downtime for maintenance, and it can be integrated with front-end slurry pretreatment processes for coal-to-methanol and synthetic ammonia production.
