Coal-based wet slurry is a core intermediate feedstock in coal chemical processing. Fine coal particles tend to form tightly packed agglomerates, leading to insufficient reaction completeness upon feeding into the reactor and fluctuating raw material utilization rates, while also increasing the burden on flue-gas treatment. Conventional grinding relies on relatively weak shear forces, capable only of breaking down large chunks of material but struggling to disintegrate micron‑scale agglomerates.

The ultrafine powder cell mill employs a multi‑stage turbine shear design to progressively break down coal‑powder agglomerates, ensuring uniform dispersion of slurry particles and enhancing gasification reaction efficiency.
