When pulverized coal and fly ash are used as fillers in rubber and plastics, the inorganic powders exhibit strong polarity, resulting in poor compatibility with the organic polymer matrix. Consequently, the finished products are prone to cracking and suffer from insufficient mechanical strength. Some manufacturers address these issues by increasing the dosage of additives, thereby driving up raw-material production costs.

The honeycomb‑mill modification equipment is equipped with an ultrafine disperser. After the material enters the chamber, a disintegrating rotor breaks up coal‑powder agglomerates, achieving single‑particle dispersion. An atomized chemical agent then coats the particle surfaces, reducing surface polarity and enhancing compatibility with polymers. Internally, a honeycomb‑type classification flow channel sorts out qualified powder, while unqualified material is recirculated for further processing.
The equipment enables closed‑loop, continuous production, with reagent consumption within the industry’s standard range. After modification, the coal‑based filler yields rubber and plastic products with stable mechanical properties, thereby improving the yield of qualified finished goods. It can be integrated with upstream grinding units to form a complete grinding system. - The modified integrated production line is the ancillary modification equipment for the coal‑based solid waste high‑value utilization project.
