Powder dryer; drying equipment for processing wet coal filter cake powder.

The raw coal and fly ash filter cakes produced by wet grinding have a high moisture content and tend to form agglomerates after pressing. Conventional drying equipment can only remove moisture but cannot simultaneously break up these agglomerates; consequently, a secondary dispersing unit is required after drying, further extending the production process and increasing labor and energy costs.

The honeycomb powder dispersing and grinding machine integrates a drying function: after wet filter cake is fed in, hot air removes moisture, while a synchronous depolymerization rotor breaks up dried agglomerates. Drying and dispersion are completed simultaneously, eliminating the need for an additional dispersing step. The powder’s moisture content can be adjusted as required, obviating the need for secondary drying.

The equipment is equipped with a dedicated reagent‑injection interface, enabling simultaneous coal‑powder coating and modification during processing. A single system integrates drying, depolymerization, and modification, thereby reducing the number of auxiliary units required on site. Available in compact laboratory‑scale models and large‑scale production units, it is suitable for both R&D laboratories and multi‑thousand‑ton‑per‑year coal‑powder modification lines, serving as a key piece of equipment for the deep processing of coal‑based solid waste.
